Seann, How many kilometers was your trip to get there from home? Did I read somewhere that there is a limit to how long you can stay there? Also, how many rigs are there? Thanks. I can't wait to do the same thing. I have neuropathy and hate the winters now.

I just realized this could appear too vague....

When do you depart from Slab City? We may go through that area around April. Will you still be there?

About 2000 miles each way.....

I have to cross the border by April 1st... but I plan to attend "The Rally" mid march in Phoenix so I will leave here about March 12th 2012
