Our 2007 Jayco Seneca 34 SS had a stupid home built dinnette and extra width sofa bed in it when we were making the purchase.
We had the dealer put in a 5 foot sofabed and widen the dinette out some.
Now we have replaced the sofa bed with a loveseat recliner that suits our needs better.
Our problem now is the original seating couch had the carpet notched out around the base, why is beyond reason, but it is what it is.
That carpet is surely not available now but wonder if anyone has had luck with finding salvage places for this type of need.
It is the shag almost avacado green/grey used in several years from what I seen on the internet.

I wonder if you could call up one of the local carpet companies and see what they would charge to bring the camper to their shop and put in some carpet for you. I would think that without the trip charge and using one of their remnants you could get it done for a pretty reasonable price.

If it were me, I would not try to repair but change it up a little. You could do some type of different carpet style that would update the interior and solve your issue at the same time. If you went that route I would think that it would give you all kinds of choices.

Buy a remnant and recarpet the entire unit.

We are going to have a dinette built and installed with an open access area under the seats.
My current plan is to cut what I need from there and put down a solid surface.
Doing the carpet repair is not a problem, we had apartments in the past so it is like riding a bike.
Getting the material is the bugger.
