I ordered a factory build Seneca 37s due for delivery in mid may
Is there any way to get a status of the build directly from the factory?

I have a 32bhds on order. I contacted ordermgt@jayco.com (ordermgt@jayco.com) with my name, address and telephone number. I also included the name and address of the dealer I bought it from. They responded back quickly with when my camper was coming offline (which is today:hihi:) and an answer to another question I had. They were very helpful. Good luck.

i emailed them and they said offline may 23 and delivery a week or two later.
i forwarded their email to my dealer and he said i should still expect ti early may.
maybe jayco is just giving itself some delivery room for a pleasant surprise!
