Looking for other 24T owners

Hi Folks~

We recently purchased a 2012 24T. Since it's just my wife, the dog, and me, I'm really please with the floor plan. I've been doing some mod's before we take it on out first trip. How pleased are you with this model?
In anothe post I stated I wish there was another roof vent as it seems it will get quite stuffy in the bedroom area, and Jayco will void the warranty if one is added. Has air cirrculation been a problen for anyone?
Also, I wanted to get some feedback on water and sewer issues. The fresh water seems a little small. And, there are two grey water tanks, however I haven't found out yet the capacity for each tank.
At a weight of 4800lb.s, I'm towing with a Nissan Frontier rated for 6800lb.s, so I'm sure I'll have to keep thing on the light side.

We have a 2010 24t and have been very happy with it (other than the Carefree awning failing twice). I like kitchen layout because it has more counter space than most campers and the wall adds more privacy to the bedroom.
