Brackets under back of frame?

[Round Topper]

We just bought a 2003 Designer Legacy and while crawling around underneath I noticed a bracket on each side of the frame at the rear with some bolt holes in it. Is there a Jayco attachment that bolts onto this that can be used for a bicycle rack or something?

I am not sure whether this is an answer or not, but on my Eagle I mounted a piece of angle iron across the back of my Eagle so that I could mount my rear JT's stabilizer bars. In my case I had to take the bolts out of my rear jacks, mount the angle iron and then bolt everything together. Hope this makes sense.
