I full time and my dealer knows it. I don't know if Jayco does or not, but warranty has never been an issue. I'm coming up on 4 years in 4 days and I just had another claim for a failed ceiling fan. It wasn't a big claim, but a claim either way. I do have the 3 year extended warranty which I didn't have to pay for, but has been great for me. Several smaller things, and one big one - Norcold died and was replaced. I have worn out two Thetford potty's also which were replaced under warranty. By worn out I mean the flush mechanism just got sloppy and quit working properly.
