So far, so good.

23° F this morning.
Fresh water hose didn't freeze.
I drained the gray water tank last evening, because the valve is not inside the belly enclosure.
I'll be getting some protection for that this weekend.
Need to get a hose/pipe heater element and some insulation for fresh water hose.

Heater is running very well and keeps the interior as warm as you could want.
I think I'll treat myself to a digital thermostat though.

11°for over the weekend.
I removed the freshwater hose (city water) beforehand.
Had 2/3 tank of fresh water on board.
Drained black and Grey tanks and left valves open.

Left heater on at 55° setting and had to hope for the best as I went home for the weekend.

Waste valves froze open.
Freshwater tank froze.
Interior plumbing ok.

Thermal package doesn't offer the protection I had hoped for.
Looking into tank and valve heaters since I use the trailer year around.
Seems to be an inexpensive and simple mod.

Y'all's thoughts?

Thermal package is "designed" to function with interior temp at 68/70. 55 degrees on the thermostat will not protect the tanks. Also never leave the dump valves open in freezing temps.
