Let's just say that the learning curve involves dealing with people who are not kid-friendly and accuse the "new people" of changing the status-quo... "Kids are playing AT the picnic tables! The tables are meant to eat on; NOT play GI Joe and Barbie dolls on..."

There's lots of advice and information in forums... sometimes it is correct. For example, all of my posts are made by a political appointee who got the job as a reward for contributions to my diesel bill.
Were they never kids themselves? I know I was, in fact I liked it so much some say I never quite got the hang of really growing up.

I love kids. Have one of my own. Have precious pups now. They don't listen to me either. Some folks don't like kids. Unless you're in a 55+ community, the heck with em.
