Thanks to all the "RV vets" for great "newbee post". I am now living full time in the RV, and using it as my office as well. I have been working from the kitchen table. It's a bit cramped, but I am getting by. Any suggestions on how to build out a desk/working area in lieu of the sofa/bed or dining table?

Also, am interested in any sort of literature/advice/checklist available for ongoing maintenance. My learning curve is on the upward climb!

Sounds like you are on a similar route a friend took. He's lived in a TT for the last 10 years or so. His first one had sliders that were open for 5-ish years. He wanted to move to a different location and couldn't get the sliders in. Pneumatic rams had rusted and his sliders were OUT. His current dwelling has no sliders.
Another friend has a 5th wheel and converted the forward area to an office. Doesn't own a TV, when he moves he hires a relocation service to drag it to the new location. I'd say he relocates once or twice a year and claims it's much cheaper to own a "normal" vehicle and pay to have the TT moved.
