Any tips for Upper Pines CG in Yosemite

We are leaving on our first trip this Friday to Yosemite. This will be the first time staying in the park. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions about the Upper Pines CG? We are entering the East entrance off of 395 and going to leave through the south west entrance heading to the beach for a few days. Thanks.

Fill your water tank before getting to the site. Yosemite is serious about not using CG water to fill RV holding tanks, even if the hose is only connected for a few minutes on a temp basis. Not sure why it's such a big deal for them but it is.

Otherwise enjoy Yosemite.

Thank you for that. Reading the Yosemite forum I was told I could fill at the dump site. I am not taking any chances. I will fill them before we enter the park. Thank you so much.
