Fall Creek Falls Tennessee

Has anyone been here camping? I've heard it is beautiful. We are heading up there in two weeks and just wondering what to expect.

I've heard the same as you, but haven't been there yet. We have a trip planned to Seven Points in Nashville in July.

Yes, Ive been there several times. The camp sites are nice and well spaced if you choose the correct loop. We prefer the B loop but you can't always get in it. The lodge and restaraunt are nice...plan to eat the all you can eat crab on the weekend if you are there. There is a nice pool for the kids, a golf course if you play, the falls, a nice lake for fishing, and good hiking trails.

No internet available, limited or no TV, and spotty cell phone service- so if that is important to you then you might want to reconsider.

We are staying in loop B. Not worried about Internet and phone. I need to get away from all that!

Katgar05 we went to Piercy Priest in Nashville last July. I'm thinking that it was close to Seven Points, but not sure. It was nice there other than it was so hot. I see you live in Millington, are there any local (2-3 hr away) places you recommend?

Sassy16 - Did you get to Fall Creek Falls?. I live north of Nashville and it has always been my favorite place to go. Tent camped there with a 2 yr old, 40 years ago. Tent camped there for 10 years. Through the years we have stayed in all the cabins (Hillside, Villa's and Fisherman's). It is a beautiful place. We recently bought a Jayco TT and I'm looking forward to camping there again. We've even stayed at the lodge, been there with family to celebrate the New Year. No one there and so peaceful. The falls are beautiful and the trails are wonderful.
