New owners as of late May this year. We have had it out four times, but all trips were to a local campground on Lake Lanier in N. Georgia very close to where we live. Well we finally made a short (65 mile) trip to a wonderful campground just outside Hiawassee Ga. very near the N.C. border.
The name of the campground is River Bend and I would recommend it to anyone unless your looking for a rowdy time. Very family oriented with playgrounds, a pool, country store and the showers and rest rooms were squeaky clean. It's on the Hiawassee river for those that want to fish and although it's not a trout stream it's in trout fishing territory. This is family owned campground that is on land that's been owned for 150 years!
I'm going to attempt the picture thing so wish me luck. I can't believe how quick were learning and beginning to personalize our site after only five trips! The two of us are having a blast so far withe the camper and are looking forward to more!
