Good Morning from Talladega Superspeedway

I arrived here yesterday and things are pretty quiet, but filling up slowly. No racing until the weekend, but my volunteering starts the morning.

Anyone else going to be here? I'm camped at GEICO East #282.

Boy do I have a lot of Talladega camping memories, most of which can not be discussed on a family forum! Hope you brought lots of beads!

Wish I was, but it looks like my only two races this year will be The Glen and Dover in the Fall.

Grew up in Northern New York, going to the Glenn is on my long bucket list. IMO it beats Sears Point for stock cars, less hills and more legitimate passing areas.
