Guadalupe Mountains State Park - RV Dump station??

I know there's not a dump in Guadalupe Mountains National Park, and that the nearest is in White's City (near Carlsbad Caverns). Does anybody know if there is a convenient RV dump somewhere on Hwy 180 from Guadalupe Mountains going west toward El Paso? There's a Flying J on 180 near El Paso that is supposed to have an RV dump - is there one before that one?
There's lots of advice and information in forums... sometimes it is correct. For example, all of my posts are made by a political appointee who got the job as a reward for contributions to my diesel bill.
