Heading to TopSail SP near Destin Florida

We are heading to TopSail SP near Destin Florida this Friday morning for a 4 Day Weekend.

My BIL will be meeting coming over Saturday morning with his Jayco Eagle 325BHS.

Weather looks great for the weekend, should be a great time with family and friends.

TopSail State Park is a great campground. We stayed there last fall and loved it. The ocean is so clear and everyone was very nice. I just wish it wasn't an 8 hour drive from Central Florida. Have a great time!

We are thinking of heading to Topsail in Jan. Would really like to know your opinion.

Dave,

We have been there many times and love it.

It is a little high priced for a State Park but it was a private resort that the State of Florida bought some years back.

I have never stayed there Rob, but I toured it two years ago. It looks like a very nice park. I was thinking of volunteering there and may yet.

We have been staying there for 12+ years (actually stayed there before it was purchased by the state. It is our favorite place to go. The state owns about 2 miles of beachfront and has a tram from the campground to the beach. Awesome place to go. Highly recommend!
