Lake Cahuilla Recreation Area anyone been there? It's in La Quinta, Ca. they have a special going and it ends tomorrow Thursday 2 nights for the price of 1.

We drove by there a while back. It is kinda run down. This time of year it is hot. If you have the time & like the mountains try June Lake Calif. Today it was 73*.

Thanks for the reply. I have never been there but I was thinking for $35.00 it might be worth a try in the winter time. I think I will drive by it and see before I pull the trailer down there. I'll check into June lake, Thanks for the suggestion. Being new to this I have a lot to learn.

Lake Skinner is a nice place to camp Oct. - April. We camp there often.
$25 a night or $140 for 7 days with full hookups. (loop C)
