Just got back from a week at Comanche, 169 camping spots,for three days we were the only ones there, the other four days there were three campsites full. I really am loving retirement and learning to love winter camping............happy camping!!!!

Yes! Good ol lake Comanche..We live near Sac and I and the fam went there last summer just for a day outing.
Lived here twenty yrs and that was the first and only tie we been there so far..
It's nice and wide open there. I would definitely go and camp there.

Retirement is a hard job but someone has to do it... that is why they dont let the young kids retire ... they could not handle it.
