Lake Rudolph campground IN

Thinking about a quick next summer vacation trip to Holiday world & splashing safari in IN. Has any one stayed at Lake rudolph campground and RV resort? Looks like a good price at 54.00$ a night for a "super site" as they call it.And a bonus that it is so close to Holiday world.

It's not a bad park, but some areas are very hilly. I would be sure to have some extra leveling blocks just in case.

I've not stayed there yet so can't really say. But if you like State Parks I'd recommend Lincoln State Park just down the road for half the price.

We do a huge family trip to Lake Rudolph every year and it is usually the highlight of our summer. We have 7 families of campers and book a year ahead of time so we can all be together. Grumpy is right about the hilly spots. Take leveling blocks. Shuttles run nonStop to Holiday World so you can leave your vehicle parked. We've gone for 8 straight years and are already booked for next June. PM me if you would like some recommendations for spots. We always stay near the pool for the kids.

We stayed their last year and really enjoyed the park. Our site was a little disappointing because of not even close to being level (beyond my levelling blocks) and the sewer hookup was at the front of the trailer. They don't let you keep pets in your camper when you are not there ( and our lab beagle mix is really loud) but the park has a kennel. We spent 2 days mainly at the water park and really enjoyed it. The shuttle to the park was nice but the walk wasn't bad either.

We stayed there 2 years ago. The staff was great and it is a very clean park. The shuttle to Holiday World was a great convenience. There is a pool, ice cream shop, mini golf and many other activities. We would go back and I felt it was worth the money.
