Little Pee Dee SP Weekend Getaway Coming Up

Once again, The DW and me were looking for a quick little trip this weekend that wouldn't hit the pocket book to hard. Our destination is Little Pee Dee State Park near Dillon, SC. It's an easy 2 hour drive for us. Can't wait to head out. We'll post some pics when we get back. We know how much everyone, including us, enjoys pictures!

Last time we were there (tent camping) was durring the summer several years ago and just remembering its was HOT! The lake there was pretty nice and plenty of hiking trails if I recall. Yes, please post up some pics if you can and enjoy!

Sorry that it has taken us almost 2 weeks to report back on the Little Pee Dee SP. We really enjoyed Little Pee Dee. We booked the reservation through reserve america. were in campsite #8. It was quite & relaxing. There is a hiking trail for leisure walks. The bath house was clean. The day we arrived they were catching big bass in the lake. Ranger Dave was friendly, accommodating and accessible. We recommend this park if you want a relaxing quite campground.
