oceanside campgrounds in southern Maine?

We are looking for opinions on campgrounds in southern Maine.
Here are some of our "wants"....
- on the ocean or bay with an ocean view from our campsite.
- beach access for both kids and dog
- away from tourist attractions
- staying away from state parks, we like the convenience of private campgrounds.

I have been through many books and internet and found a few. Now I wanna know if anyone has camped in any like this and where are they.
Thank You for any help you might provide.

We travel with 2 fur kids dachshunds, Hansel And Gretel.
The KOA Oceanside in Acadia has full hook-up sites with water views and water/electric water front. There are parts of the beach that you can bring your dogs. Megunticook in Camden Hills has a beautiful overlook with tables and chairs to view the ocean. No ocean swimming though. And no water view from camp sites.
Libby's Campground in York Harbor has ocean front sites, we are currently on a waiting list, we were told that they are booked for July and August until 2015!
Further up in Eastport is SeaView Campground. We had site 10 full hook ups right next to the lobster shed. No swimming, but you can walk the dogs along the rocky beach.
In Belfast you may find water view, but not with full hook-ups.
There is one on a salt marsh call Wild Duck that has marsh views, over 55, but have never stayed there.
Baileys' has water view on the salt flats with kayaking. We like the double wide sites just before the Ashley Pond sites. The last two campgrounds and Libby's are in tourist areas though.
