Poll on nights stays

What price did you pay on your last camping trip for a nights stay? If you camp full time or a week, month what ever in one place divide total price including tax by number of nights you stayed there. Then round up to the closest number listed.

We pay for two separate annual memberships of which accomodates our travel preferences on our stays across the country. Once all is said and done a night averages out to $10. Additionally with Thousand Trails/Naco, after 50 nights it drops to $5 night. WM while traveling longer distances are zero dollars... unless you add the cost of resupplying our food supplies

We mostly stay in Missouri State Parks (avg $20/night) or we use our half-off Passport America membership in private parks.

We use mostly the Michigan State Parks and some private parks without using the RV Resorts. Over the last two years and around 100 nights we have averaged $25.50/night including the reservation fees.

Most of our camping is done at our motorcycle races. The maximum the clubs are allowed to charge for camping is $10 a weekend. Although they can charge up to $5 per person gate fee.

We spend a lot of time at Disney (Ft. Wilderness) and there are a few days (peak season) that the rates hit close to a $100, but we think it is well worth it. We just finished a 5 1/2 week visit and the last couple days hit the "high side". I firmly believe you get what you pay for.

The KOA down the road was $60+.

Any place that charges more than $20.00 a night dont see my camper... I would rather boondock anyway.

Our last trip was last fall. We stayed in SW Colorado for about 8 nights in a couple different towns. 30 a night was just about average for us. We were pretty picky about where we stayed( laundry, nice bath house, electricity hook ups etc)
