Putting pop up in garage

Does anyone have a problem with the wheel under the hitch turning when you are trying to push the camper into your garage?
Ours will not stay in the direction needed to put it away. I am thinking that we have the wrong wheel for our 2012 Jayco 1207 pop up.

That is a common thing... any imperfection on the surface can cause the wheel to turn. Even sand or tiny stones...

If the caster is out of alignment in any way it will behave poorly.

Worn bearings or not fitted solidly to the jack will cause problems.

My favorite solution: weld a hitch to the front of your TV and you can easily put your trailer any place you like.

We replaced our wheel and crank jack on our previous PUP. Not an expensive replacement. Hope this helps.
