We usually come down 301 295 around Richmond and on down into NC on 95. Then head east either at Rocky Mount NC or WILSON NC over to US17 and then follow it on down to Myrtle beach.
You won't get to see much of the Ocean on any of these roads heading down 17 until you get to Myrtle Beach it seems..
We are usually pulling our OFF-ROAD POPUP.
The absolute best route to get into Myrtle Beach with a big rig is go down 95 to past South of the Border in SC and pick up 501 to 544 and follow straight into Myrtle Beach and follow the large signs for LAKEWOOD CAMPING RESORT. This puts you into the south side of Myrtle beach (US17) and is very big rig friendly.
