We are planning a trip to San Diego for about a week in late March and would appreciate any campground recommendations you have.

A number of years ago I stayed at the Chula Vista RV Park & Resort for an extended stay, was very pleased with the park and location to San Diego.

There are other RV parks in the area, just depends on how close to downtown San Diego and the Bay you would like to be.

We like Mission Bay when in San Diego.

We like Campland on the Bay in San Diego, we have been there 3 or 4 times, it's across Mission Bay from Sea World.
