St.Joseph, Missouri RV Park Suggestions......

We will be taking a multi-state trip in the Greyhawk in mid May. We plan to spend a couple of days in Saint Joseph, Missouri which is my MIL's home town. She has not been back there in nearly 70 years.... The only area she remembers is an overlook her father called "Billy Goat Hill." We also plan to tour the Jesse James home and other area attractions. Anyone have any suggestions on a RV park in the area?

Well, I got no responses on the above so must be not a lot of folks on here RV around St. Joseph, Missouri. I ended up booking a few days at AOK Campground and RV Park. What reviews I could find looked good so I hope it works out well. Also spending a night Big Red Barn in Carthage, at Missouri, Devil's Den State Park in Arkansas and a few days at Petit Jean State Park in Arkansas before heading to the Graceland RV Park across from Graceland in Memphis.

Sounds like a good trip! I hope you enjoy Graceland more than I did. If you enjoy ribs may I recommend Charles Veros Rendezvous's in Memphis.
Here's the website http://www.hogsfly.com/

The restuarant is a few blocks off of Beale St down an alley but well worth a visit. Be sure to post pictures of your trip. In the world of the JOF if you ain't got pictures then the trip didn't happen (haha)

Well, I think I will enjoy Graceland for what it is. I am more excited to visit Sun Studio in in Memphis though really. But, this is a bit of the country I have not really seen much of,---Arkansas, Missouri and the area, so I think we will have a good time.
