We have stayed at the Quebec City KOA many times. It is right beside the highway and is convenient. There are 2 Rv dealerships right near the KOA if you need help. Instead of parking in downtown Old Quebec City you can drive about 35 kms east to Levis and take the walk on ferry to Old Quebec, there is a parking lot right there and when you get off on the other side of the St Lawrence you just walk across the street and you are in Old Quebec. The ferry was cheap and there wasn't the hassle of finding a parking spot in Old Quebec. During the season parking can be an issue. There is a lot of things to see, art, history, get a Canadian National park pass, they are free this year due to the anniversary, it will save you entry fees for lots of sites. They aren't limiting the number of passes they are giving out and you can get them the day of, I believe, check out the National Parks site for further info. Be aware that Quebec has Saint Jean Baptiste Day on June 24, the provincial construction holiday starts July 23 to August 5th (lots of people on holiday) and July 1st is Canada Day so be sure you have reservations well in advance
