Watershed festival Gorge Wash.?

We have booked into see the Watershed Music Festival in Gorge in George Washington. Just wondering what is the best route to take fromI-5? I say I-90, but hwy2 is a little shorter. Which is it and is anybody here going? I have driven I-90 twice but not with my trailer on, it is a long climb.

Hwy 2 is steeper west to east,(IMHO) but closer to where your coming from, and you don't have to go through Bellevue to get to I 90 eastbound.

I think it will be I-90, will be a good workout for the F150!! I need to convince my wife a Duramax is a good idea!

I prefer I90, but we come from the south. It depends on the city traffic on the Westside, but getting through Bellevue etc. is a drag. I always like to get to the Eastside and open country ASAP! I can say I90 is a pretty easy tow and somewhat less windy. Also it's 2 lanes or more all the way so easier to pass/be passed (some trucks will be going really slow!).

We are almost ready to go on this trip, leaving Thursday afternoon. Our friends were good enough to lend us their one ton Dodge Cummins to make the trip so the F150 is safe and sound. Long hills and high heat would be tough on it with 5 of us travelling in it with 4 days worth of stuff. We are grateful to them for the loaner. Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert and Dierks Bentley headline over the three days.
