Who's going camping Easter Weekend?

Were going camping next weekend first trip of the year. Most of the camp grounds in Wisconsin don't open this early but because of the early warm temps ( we are in the 60ies- 70ies every day) most are open the rates are 1/3 off, we booked a camp ground that normaly charges $60 a night but I paid $60 for all 3 nights. We will be 6 feet (rear window facing river)from the crawfish river and 4 feet above the river.

Are you going camping as well? Were you heading?

Being an ex pop up owner, we are having our 5th annual Oklahoma Pop Up Rally Easter weekend at Lake Eufaula (Belle Starr Campground). We have been out for a couple of one and two niters but this will be our first for any amount of time.

We plan on staying at Belle Starr Friday thru Wednesday and then heading over to Robbers Cave SP for the remainder of the week.

We are headed to Colonial Woods in Eastern PA. We have never camped over Easter (young kids and bunny planning) but we are going with friends on their maiden voyage. Can't wait to kick off the camping season!

Our maiden voyage, which was supposed to be the 2nd trip, was a 5 day trip to Hocking Hills this past weekend. It went very smoothly. Everything worked and was extremely comfortable. The hiking was wonderful and even our 6 yr old was able to hike those incredible trails. The only problem we had with the Jayco was we just discovered that the outdoor kitchen did not come with the fuel line hose. We called our dealer and they said it should of, but no luck finding it. It didn't ruin the weekend, at all. Our camping companions ending up borrowing a small TT & didn't want to fill propane tanks, so all cooking had to be done at our site. We did 98% of cooking on fire pit and crockpot. Can't wait for our 2nd trip!
