Need Advice on Purchase of Used Solar Panels

Hello, Someone locally is selling these. I was not in market quite yet but wondering if I should grab these. Selling for $75 each except the one noted for $85.

Any thoughts?

Sunsei solar panel for boats or rv. for use with 12-volt systems. This is a 4 amp panel that actually charges slightly higher than 12 volts for a total of approximately 50 Watts. When used with your RV battery this will keep it fully charged while being parked and during camping with lake views. This will not be enough to run a microwave or your air conditioner, but will do a great job of keeping your system voltage up for using lights and your water pump and charging cell phones. I have three of these. measures about 28 inches by 32 inches. Has brackets attached for mounting to a surface.. I also have a single 6 amp panel that will be for sale at $85

When designing SOLAR system, you want to keep all the panels the same wattage and mfr. It is easier to monitor the system and troubleshoot if necessary. It makes it so much easier to expand the system should you decide to. The total for those 2 panels was $160. The price for one panel that will do more for you is $196, you get support from a respected company and a good warranty. You get a good SOLAR charge controller with it. You know that the parts you get will work properly, you do not know if those 2 panels were originally mfr rejects due to electrical or cosmetic issues which will affect the output.

Personally, I would bypass the two panels and go for one the Renogy setup.

There is some information about the Renogy 100 watt panel on our RVing with SOLAR social group... check it out.

50 Watts is barely a battery maintainer... From the description I would guess that this person is selling HOT panels.. I would stay far away from it.
