Remodeled 1995 Jayco Jay 1206 PUP for sale
I have for sale a 1995 Jayco Jay 1206 popup camper. It has been remodeled completely inside and will be painting the exterior soon.

Mechanicals have been gone through and operate properly.
The unit has no inside bathroom but we purchased a 7 1/2 x 4 x 7 H shower/changing tent. Complete with 5 gal solar heated water pouch and shower nozzle. It is sectioned so as to be able to shower in one side and dress in the other. Also purchased a chemical toilet to use with it. Both are new and still in the packages. The inside table was removed to make a small pit sofa. The hookup for the stove remains but the new counter covers it. It can be reverted back but we never cook inside due to the mess and smell.
This is a pet/smoke free unit that we have invested over $5500.00 invested, plus the purchase price.
It is a joy to use and easy to set up, but we are ready for a hard side or hybrid trailer.
She is a beautiful girl and want someone else to love her.
We just are at the point of needing an inside bathroom and shower.
