For that light a load, a 12ga 50' 15A cord would be adequate. The adapter at the RV end gets weird though: Connect both sides of 1 phase to a single hot lead.
If you really wanted minimal load on the cord:
- Plug the RV in for 10 hours to for the charger to go from bulk to float mode.
- Run the fridge on propane.
You'll only need about 1.5A to 2A @ 120VAC to run the converter for the appliance controllers, the float charger and lights as needed.
