A/C Filter Cleaning

There has to be a better way then taking this down and cleaning all the time. There is nothing there for the screws to hold to. At least in the Fleetwood popup it had pull out filters. Photo to come

Some owners will replace it instead. There are both pre-cut and uncut larger material that can be used and available where most home supplies are sold.

seems sort of dumb for them not to put the filter carrier separate from framework

Well make from 3/4 x 1" stock a frame and screw it against the ceiling and you're able to slip in a filter. The RV industry isn't perfect if you want perfection the simple solutions is "Do It Yourself"

That is an odd, maintenance unfriendly, design. Perhaps a vacuum with the bristle attachment every week or two.

Doesn't work! LOL. It is annoying. We vacuum it and remove and hand wash the foam.

Well that was my first thought. After looking at it for about 30 seconds I said. Controls are in the way.
