A pulse of the forum poll

When I accessed this thread on tapa talk, I could not see the poll. Had to get on the notebook to vote so I may have skewed the results somewhat.

I enjoy the forum and find a lot of good info. People are helpful but sometime people seem to forget what the subject is. And I do have to laugh at the way TV threads get somewhat --well you know what I mean. Lets go camping.

Is there moderators on this forum?? I had not noticed which is a very good thing. I thought Crabman was just a popular person here and not a mod so he must be doing a good job!!

There are several moderators here on the forum, some of which are unavailable at this time but will be back soon.

Do I see that Rustic Eagle is now a moderator? If so, good choice and congrats Rustic Eagle. I have learned a lot reading your posts about towing.

Scott,

I have been part of the Site Team for a couple years, but under the JOF Neighborhood Watch which doesn't have the same level of responsibility as a JOF Moderator. The Moderators do all the hard work

Bob

Could it be that Nambarc and Crabman are one in the same? Kind of alter-egos?

Attachements, both graphic and textual

I think we need a way to include textual (.doc & .txt) as well as Acrobat (.pdf) files for attachement and use.

I love the forum but wish the travel trailer content could be better organized. Someone with a White Hawk could post in the General, Travel Trailer, or Ultralight categories currently. There are issues specific to the certain models. Would be nice if there is a model-specific subcategory to better organize the posts. When I had a Coachmen prior to the White Hawk, I was a member of the Forest River Forums, and there was a Coachmen subcategory that made it easier to find and discuss Coachmen related issues.

I am note compater literate but is it possible to group campsite pictures in geographic manner?

Then when planning possible trips to a certain area it would prove helpful.

BTW, if this is already done, please tell me how to find it.

warm regards, as always, Dave.

I see your point but the problem is there are many different lines and models within the Jayco family and they can change every few years as well so subcategories for each one would be problematic. Coachmen on the other hand is a brand of Forest River, not a individual line or model so it would be easier for them to have that category.
