I was browsing this morning and happened upon this hitch I thought it was pretty awesome, if you have a lot of toys or different use trailers, just want to share, this maybe very useful for someone, it is pretty pricey though.
I have no connection and gain nothing from sharing the link, just thought it looked pretty cool and very functional.

I looked at the video demo of this. It's a pretty cool idea, but as you suggest it may be better suited for hauling a variety of utility trailers, maybe boats. But not so much for travel trailers. No place for weight distribution and sway control, and their site doesn't have any specs for hitch weight capacity - just towing.
