Almost had a heart attack!

My storage lot calls yesterday and leaves a message to "Call the office as soon as you can". Well of course, after getting 30+ inches of snow a few weeks prior, I'm thinking the worst! I never went and checked the TT after the storm but the owner of the lot always told us that they'd call with problems if any arise. My stomach was in knots and I really was dreading calling them back. Everything going through my mind. Finally got the kahuna's to call. Turns out, they were calling me to let me know my rate would raise $20 for the year! I gave the biggest and most relieving sigh ever. The young lady asked if I was ok. I assured her I was fine...now. Told her what I was expecting to hear and she said, "Oh so sorry for that. Probably should've mentioned what the call was about." I was just happy that's all it was! She said no one in the yard suffered any damage. At least that she knew of. So I thanked her for the call (thanking for a rate increase?) and was glad to hear that everything was fine.

Ran a marina for 25 years. Nobody with a boat at the facility ever wanted to get a phone call from me. Always had to start the conversation with "Your boat is okay". Unless it wasn't.
