Oh yea, forgot to put in my post. The bolts and nuts are two different sizes. The heads on the bolts are 8mm while the nuts are 3/8, yea fine world class manufacturing here industry leading (read shade tree) manufacturing.

We own a 2017 Greyhawk 29ME and truly love it. Several changes that would make it more pleasant:
2nd air conditioning unit (bedroom gets warm)
air vent (heat and a/c in the bathroom- no air flow at all)
more insulation in slide with refrigerator or a 2nd awning covering the slide- we have actually had frozen food melt from heat

Otherwise, it is meeting our needs very well!

Jayco needs to provide better documentation. We bought our Pinnacle new from a dealer with no modifications or customizations. We got it the way it came from the factory. We got an owner's manual. Nowhere is there anything describing where the various shutoff valves are located. No mention of how to winterize the residential refrigerator. Almost all of the maintenance chores can be performed by the owner, if they are aware of them. Someone needs to spend a little more time preparing the manuals.
