Mmmm that looks good! I'll take mine over easy!

I currently have the Coleman RoadTrip with wheels and it is just too large and difficult to move around. Also it's not stable and difficult to level. I am seriously thinking about getting the two burner 30,000 BTU Camp Chef.

As far as the OP goes I would go for the Camp Chef. They have a model with a 30,000 BTU burner and a 60,000 BTU burner. You can grill/cook/griddle on one side and do your low country boil on the other. I think this is the route I will go. The grill is fairly inexpensive but you will need to purchase all the accessories and that can get expensive fast.

I have the Weber Q 200 and it is an awesome grill. I purchased the griddle plate made to fit it and it works great. It is cast iron and hold the heat well, perfect for bacon, eggs, sausage, hash browns, etc. The only design element they missed on the griddle is a resess to catch the grease. The Roadtrip griddle has that. However, the road trip griddle can come off its mounts easily while cooking if not placed correctly up front. Think I would look for something else for the low country boil just due to size.

I have a Q-120 good for 2 to 4 people. Fits in the trailer front storage very easily. I would get at least a Q200 series for 6 people. We cook bacon in a frying pan using a cast iron press.
