Axle Bearing caps keep leaking on TT

Hi all,

Bought our TT this spring and am having problems with two of the axle bearing caps leaking. Grease gets flung out and accumulates in a spoking pattern on the wheels. I have had the dealer fix them twice under warranty. One cap is still leaking. The dealer says they just hammer them back on. Once a cap comes off do you have to replace it with a new cap because it is a press fit? If so the dealer is not doing that.

Are they EZ-Lube axles?

If so, the rubber inserts need to be installed properly and must be clean before re-assembly.

What happens after you clean the grease and don't touch the caps?

No they are not EZ-Lube axles. If I clean the grease off of the wheels and around the caps the spoking of grease on the wheels returns.
