The dealer did and now it is straight and no space to see thru along the length of the door also.

One thing I did find AFTER we got the trailer home is the radio is mounted crooked.
Hey RAurand- I just noticed I have a small gap on the striker side of my bathroom door that I can see thru. What did the dealer do to fix that problem? My warranty is out but I'd like to close the gap. Thanks,

Happy RVing,
Jeff

First noted in PDI - rig was level

Rechecked with measuring tape on Maiden Voyage - this time with a measuring tape Yup... it's off. Pics coming up

Wish we were that "handy". Best for us to leave it up to the 'professionals' lol

I took pics now as well as with the measuring tape. Just now thought to check the width between the vertical door jams at top and bottom. It's wider at the top Pics will follow.

Thanks! We borrowed a square from a 'neighbor' and sure enough.... not squared at the bottom. Didn't think to get a pic of it. Measured the space at different points shown on pics (following). Didn't think to take a pic of width at the top vs the bottom between the jams. Looks like the top is wider.

You live close to Middlebury? We've met a number of JOF members over the years, but none on a maiden voyage cross country.

Post your bathroom door pics when you can

Interesting tid-bit... our shower stall was not installed correctly. One corner is spot on, and the other one is definitely not. Result is two of the top sides of the surround bows out considerably

I should add....

We LOVE this tt! Most of our issues are 'cosmetic' (our doors and cabinets have a lot of scratches/dings, some of the metal outside as well). A couple of concerns but will post those in another thread

So far, no major issues that keep us from enjoying our trailer. Thanks to all who are helping with their experiences with your Bathroom door alignments!

They put is a small foam rubber strip the length of the door on the striker plate. Works great. Let me know if this isn't clear, I will post a photo.

I'm in Cleveland Ohio. I have the trailer back at the house until Tuesday. I will take some at that time.

Our bathroom door worked like crap. They said it was because the trailer wasn't level at the PDI. After setting it up at our campsite is was actally worse. That was 8/14. Really wasn't an issue for either the wife or me. We just pushed a little harder. There was no way I was going to trek it back to the dealer.

The summer of 2015 it seemed better.

Now Spring 2016 it works like a charm.

Must have needed to be aged a year or so...
