Bedroom AC and lights not working

AC IN BEDROOM NOT WORKING. The 20 amp fuse keeps blowing at the fuse panel below the breaker panel. The lights and Ac not working. Everything else in bedroom works.

Any Ideas?

Grateful in advance,

Todd

Are you On Shore power? if so, 50 amp?

What 20 amp fuse keeps blowing?

Your description is a little cryptic, but if you're blowing the fuse which feeds the bedroom lights AND the A/C doesn't work, I would check the wiring on your bedroom thermostat to be sure that all the wires have wire nuts on them. If you're electrically inclined, I would start there to see where there's a short.

Not sure just what trailer or unit you have but the A/C would run off of shore power 120 volts most of if not all lights in newer units are 12 volts DC. so I am not sure why they both dont work. I would have it checked out.

If you're not comfortable with wiring, then certainly have it checked out. Old Blue, the connection between the lights and the A/C is the thermostat. The thermostat *usually* get's it's power from the same circuit as the bedroom lights (12V). While the A/C is 120, the thermostat is 12V which is why the A/C doesn't work when the lights don't (if the thermostat doesn't get power it won't work).
