Bedroom slide going out while travelling

Hi We have a 2008 Jayco class c motorhome and the bedroom slide has started going out about an inch on the bottom while travelling. Can anyone advise as to what may be causing this and what to do to fix it? Thanks.

Our Eagle came with one of this type of locking bar to hold the slide out in

This may help you out with your issue.

Check the brake on the motor, it may be partially released. The motor "should" be under the bed (under the piece of paneling) and the brake is on the end. There is a tag that tells you which way is on and off.
