Bedroom Television mount decal

In my 2013 334 with front bedroom, there's a decal on the wall saying television mount here. We would like to use this location mount a wall fan to help circulate air. The fan would have to be mounted about 12" below this decal. Does anyone know what Jayco puts behind the wall behind the decal? Just want to know if that's a stud location or something else. It doesn't sound solid below where tegu put the decal.

You can email Jayco with your VIN and ask for the wall schematic. Can't say for sure about the TV location but they put wood blocking in the rear wall of my RV so we could mount an exterior ladder.
