You could also get yourself some gutter extenders made by camco. I see some wal marts are now carrying them. They did alot to help cut down the black streaks. Also, be sure to wipe out your gutters. Lots of goo can build up in there and when they overflow, water flows down the side and this also promotes black streaks.

I wax my riged as I love to wax car and all but the black marks come out real easy with soap and water all season

The streaks are from the rubber roof, rain or morning dew black streaks will come back. Best bet is to wash the entire roof with campo roof and UV spray and a soft brush with the hose. Keeping the roof clean keeps the black streaks at bay.

For the very hard black streaks I use bug and tar remover it works like a champ
