booth seat wall issue

Noticed on first outing that the wall that the booth seat attaches to on 26bh is separating from the booth seat. Is this a common issue? Should I use brackets to hold it better or bead of glue down the joint? Thanks for advice.

I had the same issue a couple of months ago. I took it to the dealer. I am not sure if they used any glue, but I know they used some new staples and reattached it. I am not sure how common this is.

Hmm.. Just fixed mine (WH 27DSRL) about 2 weeks ago. I was going to take it back to dealer to fix but decided that I would fix it as well as the dealer would. I used glue, clamps and screws. It's pretty sturdy now.

I would say completely common, mine completely separated last night. There is only one little bracket screwed into the wall and some staples holding it together. The bracket has no stud behind it. The 2 screws that go into the wall are only going into a thin piece of panel.

I plan on taking a trip to the hard ware store, making a new longer bracket that goes to a wall stud. Also in going to screw and glue the panel to the dinette.
