Brrrr

Getting down to 23* tonight in the old Jayco. At least I know my propane won't run out since it did a few nights ago and it got down to 47* in the camper. I wrapped my water hose with foam hoping it won't freeze. Maybe I just just unhook it tonight haha.

I filled my fresh water tank yesterday and unhooked the water hose last night before bed. It is about 27 degrees here this morning. Not too bad and I have a 150 gallon external propane tank hooked up so come on mother nature, "bring it on".

Still well above freezing here at night, not gone below 34 yet. Quite a bit of warm water around us which takes awhile to get cold.

We are in eastern NC. I think it was more like 25* last night, I left the bathroom sink on a slow drip and the water hose is wrapped in pipe foam. The dogs water dish outside was frozen though so next time i'll unhook the water hose at this temp. Also it didn't get below freezing until after midnight so that helps too.

I do have my fresh water tank filled, learned that lesson before when the campground we were broke a main water line and had to shut off the whole campground. Where we are now they had a pump or something go out for maybe 3 hours and it was nice to have water then.

Woke up to a little dusting of snow, I guess winter is here after all.

It was sunny and warm here in the Los Angeles area for past few days (upper 70's). Woke up this morning, and it drizzly, wet, and gloomy. Talk about hot cold!

The excitement for the day was a fire in the woods where someone dumped ashes and last night and it started this morning. It was beside the storage lot and there ended up being 7 or 8 fire trucks coming. It was near some old pallets and brush. Also at least one persons water hose burst, they didn't insulate it and they had a plastic splitter that cracked shooting water 20' in the air. Free entertainment haha.
