California State Reservations?

OK I know this has nothing to do with Jayco but am hoping for some help. Does anyone understand the reservation system with Reserve America? Their website isnt very good. I was looking at pismo State Beach and all sites left are labeled as "standard" Does that mean there is no electric at the site? Would prefer if it did, but not explained. Can I park my travel trailer in those sites since it doesn't specify tent camping? Any help appreciated. Any secrets to navigating that site also? Happy New Year

You need to research the individual park web info.

Check these links -

Main website

South Beach

North Beach

To answer your question -
North Beach - there is no power. There is a dump station so I assume you can get water as well, but I don't think each site has water.

South Beach - there are partial hookups, but read the reviews on that location. They are not good - tons of reviews saying homeless live there in because there are no fences and people can come and go as they please with your stuff - lots of posts about thefts. South Beach is generally two sites - one with partial hookups and a second part with no hookups.

If you look at Reserve America - it has two options - standard or RV/Trailer only. Standard is no hookups and RV/Trailer is with electric only, no sewer. I know North Beach has a dump location, I do not know for sure if South Beach has a dump - if not, you will have to drive to North Beach to dump.
