Camping Ready?

I finally de-winterized my TT yesterday - beginning preparations for our break-in trip next week. Nothing seems to have been hurt by our relatively dry but very windy winter. No sign that any mice took up residence (I put a couple of blocks of mouse poison inside, and no sign that they have even been touched). Flushed the freshwater system, looked everything over. I'll need to bring the tires up to running pressure, but otherwise all looks good.

I bought Andersen levelers, and checked that they fit between the tires - no problem there. Also stored my Progressive Industries 30a portable EMS and 50 amp to 30 amp dogbone (the campground only has 50 amp service).

Also been restocking my fishing tackle for freshwater fishing. Most of my stuff was bought when we lived in the Bahamas for fishing the tidal channels around our island - some will work here, some not.

Tomorrow morning I'll put the battery back in, pull it around to the front of the house and fill the tank with water. I'll plug in and run the slide out so I can switch the bypass valves back to summer position for hot water (can't access the bypass with the slide in).

Then load up food and we're ready for the road (a whole 30 miles for this first trip )

Sounds like you're ready! A short first trip is a great idea, just in case you forget something important to your outing.
