I did email Camco and this is what they said:
Thank you for your email. In most cases it does work but it depends on the trailer and how it is loaded. The trailer-aid plus has 4 ½” of lift. To know for sure, pull up on 4 ½ tall stack of wooden planks or as such. If the other tire comes off the ground, the Trailer-Aid Plus will work for your application.

Like others have said in the post, need to check it out on each trailer to see if it will work. I would guess it won't work on my 33BHBS. Next time I have the TT in my driveway, I'm going to try blocks to see just how high I need to go...carefully of course so I don't flip a block and drop the trailer.
