Ceiling Speakers

We purchased our first MH last fall and have only made two short checkout trips. Everythings works great except the 4 ceiling speakers. I checked the dash radio fade button and when I change to rear the sound goes to the outside speakers. TV and VCR use the TV speakers. Oh, I guess I should tell you that we bought a 2008 Jayco Melbourne 29D. Any thoughts would be greately appreciated.

Not sure what stereo your rig has. Does your stereo have zones? Like Zone A, B, C? Mine does and A is inside (2 speakers), B is not used and believe it would fade between A and B if they were there. C is the outside speakers. If you have 3 zones like this you may want to move the outside from B to C. Also, my TV is hooked to Aux 1 on the stereo so the TV does go through my ceiling speakers.

I have a DUAL radio. I checked on the zones and it did not have them. Thanks for you suggestions anyway.

My 06 had a separate switch not built into the radio.
It was on the underside the overhead cabinet the unit was set in
