This product is backordered, and is expected to ship between 10/09/2017 and 10/15/2017 according to the Costco web page.

Two or three hurricanes can wreak havoc with generator stock.

Had one in my Amazon cart ready to push the "buy" button.......price jumped overnight to $1099 from non Amazon sellers....

I have been watching the Champion hybrid model for a few weeks. It started at $570 to $620 and today is $1399. Ouch.

Don't worry about generator stock, China will keep up the "Genny" demand.
They keep an eye on the unfortunate disasters .............production goes up.

Plenty of Yamaha and Hondas available, trouble is cheapskate Crabman wont spend that much on an occasional use genny. For my work I would, only buy Yamaha engines for that. Seems like all Champion inverter generators are sold out or price is way out there now. But as Aljo says it should not last long.
